The chemical vapor deposition method, incidentally, is also the method to create semiconductors. Likewise, simulant diamonds are also able to replace the usefulness of silicon semiconductors. As it turns out, these diamonds are more tolerating to heat than silicon, which enables them to process speeds that are completely faster than the current speed at which it runs. This alone, is a remarkable achievement.

For one, the final product must look exactly like a real diamond. The objective is to make the diamond as undetectable as possible to the naked eye.
