More than that, the maid servent can properly operate the latest house gadgets and machineries. They can adapt in all modern homes with induction cookers, hi-tech vacuum cleaners and even computers. The best part is that this program can be availed by all willing Filipinos for free.
This year, there are almost 20,000 maids who have already completed the training. There are more than 50,000 maids who have been deployed abroad and are now working under the finest countries. According to the director of TESDA, the program was designed to upgrade the skills of Filipina helpers making them a top-notch choice by the world. This project has been carefully researched to meet the latest demands of domestic labor in international markets.
In the Philippines, an average of 3,000 Filipinos leave the country everyday to work abroad. It is the top exporting labor force in the world. All workers lending their skills to foreign countries are expected to be successful in the future. With the special program of the government to elevate the levels of their women as a maid servent, it becomes clear: They have set a world-class standard for all maids worldwide.
