What Is The Connection Between Magnesium And Hair Loss?

Have you woken up recently and found that you have had to re-style your hair so that you can cover patches of thinning hair? You are not alone in this as I have been in your position also. This is why I would like to share with you a secret that has taken years off my appearance and meant that my confidence has returned. The secret is regarding magnesium and hair loss.

I have tried many different lotions and potions before discovering this secret, and what I have found is that they have done nothing but make my remaining hair smell extremely nice, or the total opposite. One even gave me a bad itchy head and raised allergic reaction so I decided to look for an alternative that was natural and had worked for others.

What would you give for my secret? Well because I believe if you have a good thing you should share it, I ask for nothing but your attention and a moment of your time.

The secret I wish to share with you is Magnesium; this is the one mineral that has been discovered by scientists to have boosted and re-started hair growth in those that have lost hair. The research that hair loss specialists have undertaken has shown that many people who have diets that are low in magnesium have been prone to suffer hair loss like you and I where as people who have a higher level of magnesium in their body tend not to.

It has been found that a lot of fast foods contained high levels of magnesium, but the problem with this is that they are also unhealthy on your heart and can cause many other problems, and I certainly did not want to be bald AND unhealthy. What I did find was that by taking supplements created for hair loss, that I could have the right amount of magnesium in my body without having to compromise my health. As the supplements were made entirely from natural products I did not have the worry of the side effects I had with other products and the ointment I applied to my head was not packed with perfumes and chemicals that would cause skin irritation.

It’s about time you were able to have your hair in the style you want rather than having to settle for something that will cover up your lack of hair.

One thing though that you should know before starting treatment is that it is not suitable for people who have lost a lot of hair, as once most of your hair has gone it indicates that the hair follicles have already died, meaning that you will not be able to bring them back to life with magnesium treatments. If you are beginning to lose your hair though the follicles are only slowing down the production meaning that they can be boosted into re-growth. Who would have thought that hair loss treatment could be so easy and successful?
