Education is one of the most important things that a person can have. It’s very essential in the success of any career. Finding a full-time job can be difficult without a decent educational background, more-so career growth and development.
I have first-hand experience in this because I was not able to finish my college education. I was taking up a degree in Management but had to stop my sophomore year. Although I was lucky enough to get a job at a good company, I could only qualify for a part-time position.
Apparently, I needed to have a higher educational degree to be promoted full-time. I was faced with a dilemma because for me to go back to college meant I wouldn’t have enough time to retain my job. Without a job, I couldn’t pay for my education.
Eventually, one of the supervisors at work explained that I could pursue my ambition of completing my bachelor’s degree. He encouraged me to try the online degree class that offers bachelor’s degrees in most fields of study. According to him, the classes presented in these online degrees have been at par with the best educational institutions. I then became aware that this would certainly be the greatest means for me to accomplish my bachelor education.
Initially, I became a bit reluctant, believing that the office probably wouldn’t let me carry on my education while working with them. My supervisor guaranteed that I really didn’t need to fret about that, because within the online degree programs I could actually attend class immediately after work and the schedule can be adjusted for the students’ availability.
Online degrees offered me the chance to conclude my bachelor’s degree without the need spend a lot of time in school. While using online courses, I’m able to study at home with the internet, at my own time and comfort.
In a short period of time as was able to finish my Management degree with flying colors and I was promoted in the office to a higher position; surely having a degree made a big difference in my life. Now, I’m on my way to getting my Master’s degree through online education!
Online degrees provide high quality and a quite effective alternative method of education. There are plenty of areas to select from: Business, Legal, Healthcare, Art and Design and many more. They also have programs readily available for different levels: Diploma, Continuing education, Masters, and also post-doctoral certificates. Keep in mind that education applies to career development.
